Why this matters

A project is a folder inside Claude that remembers your files and your instructions, so you stop re-explaining yourself every morning.

The 20-minute experiment

1. 1In Claude's left sidebar, click Projects, then Create project. Name it after one job you do often, like 'Client emails'
2. 2Click Add content and upload three real files you'd normally paste in, such as a past email, a price list, a brand note
3. 3Click Set instructions and write three lines: who you are, who you write for, how long answers should be
4. 4Open a chat inside the project and ask the question you asked yesterday outside it

Here are my working files. Read them, then summarise how you should write on my behalf: tone, length, things I never say.
