Actions with owners can be chased automatically. You only step in when something stalls.

The 25-minute experiment

1. 1Pick one recurring meeting (weekly team standup, monthly review, and so on)
2. 2Set up a Zapier automation (or Make): when you post action items to Slack, automatically send a 48-hour reminder to the person assigned
3. 3Make the reminder a short message, like: 'You're assigned to [action]. Update us by tomorrow.'
4. 4Run one full cycle (post actions, wait 48 hours, reminder goes out, owner replies)
5. 5The next cycle, only step in if the reminder doesn't get a response in 24 more hours

Turn this action list into Slack messages, one per owner. Keep each message to two sentences and make it polite and in British English.
